Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the roof surface is clean, dry, and free of debris. Repair any damage to create a smooth, even surface.
2. Measuring and Cutting: Measure the roof area accurately. Cut the EPDM membrane to the required size, leaving extra material for adjustments.
3. Positioning the Membrane: Lay the cut EPDM membrane over the prepared roof surface. Allow the membrane to relax and settle for 30 minutes to ensure proper alignment.
4. Adhering the Membrane: Apply a suitable adhesive evenly to both the roof surface and the membrane. Carefully place the membrane onto the adhesive, ensuring there are no wrinkles or air bubbles.
5. Sealing the Edges: Use a roller to press down the membrane firmly, especially around the edges and seams. Seal all edges with appropriate edge trims or sealant.
6. Final Inspection: Check the entire roofing system for proper adhesion and sealing. Ensure there are no loose areas or gaps.
