Application tips:
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and sound before application, removing any loose or peeling paint. For wood surfaces, lightly sand with 80 to 100 grit sandpaper to remove loose material. Stir well before use and apply using a brush, medium pile roller, or sprayer. Apply liberally, avoiding spills or drips, and clean up any spills or drips promptly. For very porous substrates, a second coat may be needed. In most cases, Zinsser BIN Primer dries to the touch in just 20 minutes and can be recoated in 45 minutes.
