FiAM 310 Firestop Acoustic Mastic

Fischer FiAM is a premium, one-part water-based acrylic emulsion designed to provide up to 5 hours of fire resistance in both vertical and horizontal construction joints and services. Upon exposure to fire, it forms a highly insulative char, creating an effective barrier against heat transfer and fire spread. Tested to BS EN1366-3 & 4, UL 2079, and BS476-20 standards, and fully ETA approved and CE marked, FiAM is halogen and solvent-free, making it safe and environmentally friendly. Ideal for maintaining the sound reduction index of structures, this low-VOC sealant offers exceptional performance with excellent slump resistance.
