The Manthorpe G950TR Cavity Weep Vent is designed to drain lintels, cavity trays, and to provide ventilation for cavity walls. Made from polypropylene, this vent is particularly effective at promoting airflow while helping to reduce the ingress of driving rain, ensuring the building’s structural integrity and reducing the risk of moisture buildup.
Please note: This plastic component is not suitable for use in external walls of buildings more than 11m high where people sleep (residential, institutional, or hospitality) or within 1m of the boundary for buildings 11m high or less in England.
