Technical Specifications

• Container Sizes: Available in 10L, 5L and 2.5L tubs to suit different project needs.
• Suitable for bonding to a wide range of surfaces:     Timber, Concrete, Glass, Most plastics, Metal, and any other smooth surface.
  
• Application:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Surface
    Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and other particles. Use a power washer or other suitable method to remove any grease and oil patches.

    Step 2: Apply the Adhesive
    Apply an even coat to both surfaces using a suitable 4” or 9” roller. Use a small roller for detailing and edges, and a larger roller for the main surface area.

    Step 3: Allow to Tack Off
    Allow the adhesive to become tacky before mating the surfaces. This step helps to avoid air bubbles from becoming trapped under the membrane.

    Step 4: Mate and Smooth
    Mate the two surfaces together and smooth down with a soft brush to ensure a secure bond.

• Coverage Options: Available in three sizes to suit different project needs.
  • 2.5 Litre: Covers approximately 4-5m².
  • 5 Litre: Covers approximately 9-10m².
  • 10 Litre: Covers approximately 18-20m².
