Stir Quickprime Plus thoroughly before and during use to maintain its efficacy. If the product has been exposed to lower temperatures for an extended period, bring it to room temperature before application. For ease of use, pour the required amount of Quickprime Plus into a separate bucket.
  

Technical Specifications

• Container Sizes: Available in 3.78L and 1L tubs to suit different project needs.
• Application:
  • Technique: Use long back-and-forth strokes with moderate to heavy pressure along the length of the area to be primed. Ensure thorough coverage until the surface turns dark grey, indicating proper priming (avoid streaking or puddling).
  • Factory Seams: For factory seams, use both parallel and perpendicular strokes to ensure complete coverage.
  • Drying Time: Allow the primed surfaces to dry completely according to the touch-push test, which usually takes less than 10 minutes.
  • Follow-Up: Once dry, proceed with the application of Quickseam products, such as the 3" seam tape, 6" batten cover strip, 9" Formflash, and QuickSeam Walkway Pad.
• Coverage: 

  • Standard seam with 3" seam tape: 15 linear meters (both sides)

  • 6" batten cover strip: 8 linear meters (one side)

  • 5" Flashing Tape: 10 linear meters (one side)

  • 9" Formflash: 4 linear meters (one side)

  • RPF Strip: 15 linear meters (one side)

  • RMA Strip: 15 linear meters (one side)
