Coverage Rates (Wet Applied to Timber Deck)
- 2.5L Tub: Covers approximately 8 - 10m²
- 5L Tub: Covers approximately 18 - 20m²
- 10L Tub: Covers approximately 38 - 40m²
Storage Instructions
- Store in original containers at temperatures between 15-25°C.
- Keep from freezing.
- When stored correctly, the shelf life is approximately 18 months.
Preparation Guidelines
- Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and smooth.
- Remove sharp edges, loose materials, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
Application Instructions
- Stir Thoroughly: Stir the adhesive thoroughly before and during use.
- Temperature Conditions: Apply only when temperatures will not fall below freezing within 24 hours post-application.

Application Method:
- Use a solvent-resistant roller to apply adhesive over plywood or OSB substrates.
- For detailed application, use a 4” mini roller; for main areas, use a 9” roller.

Bonding Process:
- Wet mate the EPDM membrane to the coated substrate by rolling the membrane in place.
- Compress the bonded portion with a stiff broom or heavy roller to ensure proper adhesion.
