The Photocell Kit NEMA On/Off Type 70/35Lux Black/Opal C/W Base is a highly efficient lighting control solution, designed to automatically switch external lights on at dusk and off at dawn, based on the surrounding light levels. This photocell offers significant energy savings by ensuring lights are only on when needed, effectively reducing unnecessary electricity usage and operational costs. This Photocell Kit operates on a voltage range of 198V to 264V (50Hz) and provides a maximum 1000W resistive load (4A), along with a 500W inductive load (2A). Its photodiode sensor ensures precise light level detection, activating or deactivating the luminaire when the light levels fall below or rise above the pre-set 70/105 lux threshold, making it ideal for commercial applications. The Photocell Kit consumes less than 0.5W (both day and night), contributing to its exceptional energy efficiency.
