Preparation is key: ensure surfaces are clean, free of loose paint, and any holes or cracks are filled. Bare surfaces like plaster can be mist-coated with a dilution of up to 1 part water to 10 parts Armstead Vinyl Matt.
Thoroughly stir the paint before application. Use a brush or roller for even application, avoiding over-spreading. To prevent framing, roll as close to the edges as possible after brushing. For optimal results, apply a second coat after 2-4 hours. Avoid painting in temperatures below 8˚C for best outcomes.
