Designed for versatile use, it's ideal for high-condensation spaces like bathrooms and kitchens, as well as high-traffic areas such as hallways.
For application, ensure proper surface preparation by addressing any loose or flaking paint, filling holes or cracks, and ensuring overall cleanliness. Porous surfaces like new plaster benefit from a 'mist' coat of Crown Trade Clean Extreme Scrubbable Matt, diluted with 40% water by volume.
Remember to stir the paint well before use. Apply two coats of paint using a high-quality paint brush and a medium pile roller. To avoid visible brush strokes and overapplication, utilize a mini-roller as close to the edges as possible after cutting in with a paint brush. Allow 3-4 hours between coats for complete drying, although the paint will be touch dry in 1-2 hours. Being water-based, cleaning paint brushes and rollers is hassle-free with just water.
