Serving as a primer, sealer, and finish in one, Grade 1 eliminates the need for washing down and additional primers. Plus, it boasts a quick recoat time of just two hours. Its vapour-permeable film allows the painted substrate to breathe, ensuring long-term durability.
Formulated with a built-in biocide, Grade 1 protects the dried coating against fungal degradation. Additionally, its zero-tension drying process minimizes the risk of future cracking, flaking, and peeling. Grade 1 is suitable for various substrates, including plaster, concrete, mortar, chalky materials, distemper, limewash, and whitewash, making it ideal for walls, ceilings, doors, trims, windows, and cabinetry. It's virtually odourless and offers unparalleled stain-blocking properties, concealing stains from soot, smoke, water, graffiti, and nicotine.
*Once dried, the paint film is classified as a treated article and contains the surface biocide 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one at 0.09% by weight.
