We proudly present Setcrete™ Latex, a high-performance floor levelling compound designed for light to medium traffic internal areas. Ideal for preparing your subfloors before the installation of new floorcoverings, this versatile product ensures a smooth and even surface. Setcrete Latex is compatible with a variety of absorbent and non-absorbent subfloor types, provided they are sound, well adhered, and properly prepared.

Key Information

• Easy to Use: Just add water as directed and mix with a suitable Mixing Paddle and Drill for a minimum of 2 minutes.
• Self-Smoothing: Can be applied at thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 10mm.
• Quick Drying: Foot traffic is permitted after just 2 hours of drying time.
• Flexible Application: Before laying a floor covering, allow the compound to cure uncovered for 24 hours (for 2-5mm thickness) or 48 hours (for over 5mm thickness).
• Priming Requirements: Absorbent subfloors should be coated with Setcrete Acrylic Primer (1 part primer to 4 parts water). Non-absorbent surfaces must be primed with undiluted Setcrete Acrylic Primer for optimal adhesion.
• Working Time: Approximately 15-20 minutes at 20°C, depending on environmental conditions.
