Introducing Rust-Oleum Epoxyshield Ultra Floor Paint 5200, your solution for quick-drying, single pack water-based floor coating needs. Ideal for light to medium duty applications such as normal foot traffic or limited vehicle passage, this epoxy-modified acrylic formula offers exceptional resistance to diesel, motor oil, coolant fluid, household chemicals, and most types of tire wear.

EpoxyShield 5200 Ultra adheres perfectly to clean, dry concrete floors, especially when treated with EpoxyShield Maxx Sealer 5220. Avoid applying on smooth, completely sealed concrete or surfaces treated with curing compounds, as these may hinder adhesion. This versatile coating can also be applied over old, well-adhering coatings for added convenience.

For optimal results, wait at least one week before parking a vehicle after application. In the event of petrol spillage, allow the floor to air dry rather than wiping it immediately.

With its easy application and superb performance, 5200 Epoxyshield Ultra is the go-to choice for concrete and garage floors. Choose from three standard colors: RAL 7001 Steel Grey, RAL 7035 Light Grey, and English Red.

• Proper surface preparation is key. Remove loose or flaking paint, fill any cracks or holes, and eliminate oil, grease, and contaminants with EpoxyShield® Cleaner/Degreaser 2901.
• New concrete needs at least 30 days to set properly.
• Pre-treat absorbent, porous surfaces with EpoxyShield® Sealer 5220.
• Roughen intact floor coatings with sandpaper for better adhesion.
• Stir the coating thoroughly before use.
• While touch dry in 1-2 hours, allow 6 hours between coats for full drying. Complete curing may take up to a week.
• Apply with a brush or roller for a coverage of 9m² per liter.
