The contemporary alternative to a dormer at a far lower cost. Twin sash design has a lower element which opens to reveal built-in balustrades and an upper element which opens through 45° as a top hung window.

When closed, balustrades are hidden below the window, the profile of which is indistinguishable from a standard Duet window. With no element above the roofline, there is no risk of dirt accumulating.
